CPR & FIRST AID:

  • We are offering chokesaver course for restaurant owners and employees including Heartsaver CPR.

  • Continues to be a requirement for those employed in the health care industry.

  • Mandate for most child care providers and other licensed services.

  • An increasing public concern.

  • 80% of all cardiac arrests occur at home.

  • Most are witnessed by family members.

  • Most family members are not trained in Bystander CPR.

  • If Bystander CPR is not initiated quickly, the victim's chances of survival are greatly reduced.

  • In most cases, by the time EMS arrives on scene, if Bystander CPR has not been initiated, the chances of resuscitation are slim.

  • Cardiac arrest is reversible through Bystander CPR training.
